Take a single rocks glass and dip the rim in a dish with Charleston Bee Co. local honey. Follow by dipping in a plate of tequila salt. Set aside. In a separate glass, muddle 1 jalapeno slice with 1/2 oz. of lime juice, 1 tbs. of Agave and 1 tsp. Charleston Bee Co. local honey. Pour in 1/4 c. pineapple juice and stir. Pour pineapple jalapeno mixture in the rocks glass over crushed ice. Add in 1-2 shots of your favorite tequila. Stir gently. Top with a splash of soda water. Stir gently again. Throw a slice of jalapeno on top. Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice.
