Greek Yogurt with Granola & Honey

Ingredients:

  • Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Homemade Granola
  • Local Honey
  • Fresh Fruit (figs, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, peaches)
 
Homemade Granola:
 4 c. rolled oats
1 1/4 c. your favorite nuts (or pumpkin seeds if nut-free)
1/2 c. maple syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions:

For the granola:

In a mixing bowl, combine oats, nuts and spices. Stir well. Drizzle in vanilla flavoring; then the maple syrup. Stir until crumbly. 

Spread out on a parchment lined baking sheet. Cook at 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool. Store in a jar in a dry place.

For the Yogurt:

in a glass dish or small jar, scoop your favorite Greek yogurt (we like Chobani).

Top with granola, then fruit (we like fresh figs!). 

Lastly, drizzle on Charleston Bee Co. local honey.
